Our group Mat-Based Pilates classes are carefully planned to be progressive and are clearly instructed and demonstrated.
We pride ourselves on getting to know our members in a community environment and understand that people's needs are different, so we offer modifications and challenges to movements to ensure that each member benefits from their class experience each week.
Reformer Pilates
Our Pilates Reformer classes are held in our brand new modern studio with Global fitness experts Merrithew® Reformers.
Founding in 1988 Merrithew® have been committed to developing high-integrity programs, products and services.
We pride ourselves on providing our clients with top quality training using top quality equipment.
Solo Classes
Our solo classes provide an opportunity for a much more personalised program for any with a specific goal to work towards, any recovering injuries, or those who just like to work out alone.
