Arrive wearing Dance Foundation Company 2025 leggings and vest.                            

HAIR IN 2 BRAIDS

MAKE-UP ON (except lipstick) - a make-up list will be sent to you separately

BRING COSTUMES,  and all dance shoes in a named plastic box with a named lid please 

Plenty of sensible food packed in a separate lunch box/bag and plenty of water.  Please make sure drink bottles close fully. No straws.

Costumes not required but bring all dance shoes

Thursday 31st July - Venue 'Princes Theatre'

Drop off and collection in THE GROVE (back of the town hall) as you look at the building the double doors on the left

Pilates Foundation Training Ltd Mat Based groups classes are £8 per 60 minutes class.  Booked in blocks of 10 weeks.
